I like the way their behaviour, and staffs employees are superb, everyone are smiley face, even few staffs are aged still they are having good knowledge and doing well for the customers, There don't have enough car parking lot is the biggest disadvantages, but for that too they will do check the car even its far away from their office. I think they are maintaining well and appreciate the help

Very rude behaviour from the person I called to enquire about the insurance policy. He even tries to blame us for transactional issues at their end. After us facing faults at their end, he asked to cancel the policy. They have to first learn how to treat a customer.

U have to spend 20-30 minute for paying insurance. They will accept card. If you are late they wont accept any payments. Mostly u cant pay insurance on Saturdays and Sundays. Next to mission school junction. Parking facility is available. But it is difficult for Cars.

My united india car insurance plan is good. The policy coverage is high and the claims are even better. Tow facility is there which is included in the policy. The number of garage is good so that the recovery is easy for policy holder.
