The worst insurance agency, i have met. The owner vinod is a un responsible person. I went there for one claim. And he said that me from payyavoor, kannur and why are you here in mananthavady. At last he take my paupers. On that time i didn't have original RC with me. He told me to that i have to submit that one day. But i was spending days in mananthavadi only, so i didn't get back home. After 20 days, vehicle's work was done. And he told me copy was enough, no need to take it here. I said thanks to him and went home. After few days i called him and asked is there any problem selling my car. He said insurance claim is already done, so there is no problem for selling car. I sold my car and. Days gone but no money credited to my account.i called him and asked about this. He was like, he didn't know anything about my claim details. Aftr two days he said that all done money will be credited.. After one month he called and said, you have to take the original rc to the office. This guy is trying not to give claims to the clients. Please be avare of his fraud attitude.

Irresponsible staffs in mananthavady ...there have no idea about bumber to bumber insurance..! While during the claim session they are attacking and frighten like customers are criminals ..so bad luck u
