Very cooperative staffs. Completed my vehicle insurance ownership change in 45 minutes.

This Co. Office situated in the second floor of the building and there is no lift. That's the only drawback. This is an old model office, but the staff are very good behaviour and there work is in high speed. Almost all of your insurance needs will be done in this office.

Saturday is off for them. Its too odd and old for a professional Insurance firm. And other days they have a hectic works making the office bit crowded for the customer.

They always say they can call back and never call back. They are not customer friendly.

Premium renewal is old school.... I had to fill some documents for policy renewal , most of the columns are hard to understand and there is not a facility to write this documents

Nice inshurance company. But 2 hours waiting
