Worst service, always delay in process, mostly bank has network issues. Passbook priting will always be night mare for me in this branch. Normal NEFT process would take not even a 10mins process, but I have given a cheque at 2.20, its now 5 Pm, I havnt got any debit msg from my debit ac too... May be I can get delayed credit, but I havnt got any debit from my debit ac. I was informed there will be a delay due to continue 3 holidays, but waiting for 3 hrs is huge dalay, and inspite of urgent request. Response is very bad.

Worst bank wirh very lethargic customer service. Erstwhile corporation bank was better. Anyways.... Employees are acting like lethargic govt servants.Horrible.Not a descent person can step in there.

Worst customer service ( union bank of india, porur branch), i submit my bank account opening application form three weeks before ,still they not process the documents and not submit my pass book, atm card n pin no also, every time i go there and ask ,but they say come after 3 days or 4 days again i go , but i get same reply from them. and they not talk customers nicely

Worst response from staffs . No customer service. They think they work in government office. Please don't open an account in this bank.

good service to the customer and very helpful to customer request. Manager &stuffs are very friendly and easy to approach. we very much satisfied.
