Third class bank with useless staff. They work like it's a favour to account holders. Just one word. PATHETIC. IF YOU TRYING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT JUST DONT. PLEASEEEE

Now the quality of service has drastically decreased.. they work only till 3 and after lunch it's impossible to get any thing done and they don't even receive call for queries

Maintaining a good relationship is something which they don't know! I would love to get a negative star if possible on how they treat customer, they use our savings A/c money to get a bank profit and treat us like slaves! I went there to open an account but with this kind of treatment I came back and went to Axis Bank who are dear opposite of these Rude employees!!!

kunigal road branch is Unfriendly staff, refused to open bank account,and they told go to internet centre and open online account they told we take only kyc, on the same day we went and open new account in mg road branch they helped me so much kunigal road branch is very very worst response...

Very poor communication, responding to customer's regarding their concern are very bad

Bank manager is a good person and othe officers are also helpfull and quick.

Good managing staff and good communication that will take place between the customer and local people
