Union Bank Of India Silver Park - Public Sector Bank in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

I had a poor experience here. The branch is located on the Mira-Bhayander highway, 30 seconds walk from the Hatkesh bus stops, just after the Living Liquidz Wine shop. There was absolutely no one manning the counter or the desk when I entered. The opening, closing and lunch timings that are displayed seem incorrect. There is no token system and people have to wait in the waiting area till someone decides to come and see them asking about the purpose of their visit. I was standing near a 'Customer Enquiry' counter for about 10 minutes after which a security guard came and asked me and others to take a seat in the waiting area. I asked him where I could make enquiries and was told that once some staff is back from lunch, I will be attended to. I asked him if I could get a token as the crowd was building up and there would be chaos once the staff is back. He answered that there is no token system. Disappointed, I went to the waiting area and after waiting for about 20 minutes, 2-3 staff members were back at their desks, and as soon as people saw the staff members heading to their desks, everyone rushed. It was total chaos. I had to wait another hour for my turn. My query was unanswered and finally had to do it on call with the Union bank call centre representative who was way more sensitive and helpful as compared to the branch staff. Forgetful experience. Visit only if it the last option.

The worst service they don't have any timings mentioned for lunch ...first line for entry then line for cheque deposit and then again line for passbook printing ...and suddenly they stop work leave all customers inside and go for lunch , the guy in the photo has no knowledge about customer service nor knows how to speak. Branch managers have least Control over their staff , same Government attitude

Same as other atm here also money deposit machine is there but out of order.

Account opening person and manager are soo stupid they both told me that bcs u hav address proof of kandiwali u can't open account in mira road branch and both told that its there RULE. They r just soo lazy ignoring to work and making all kind of excuses to avoid the work even making there own soo called RULE. SUCH A SHAME

Staff are highly non cooperative. Better open an account with Shanti Park wala branch i.e. Next to Axis Bank. Only this branch's ATM and Passbook Printing Machine is good.

A good bank for saving account. But they still provide rupay card

I m very old customer of union Bank.my account was transfered from brorivili branch to mira road.normally I don't visit branch.but one day I had to withdraw big amount so I visited the branch.the cashier was very rude and Impolite.he told you should bring pancardcopy,as due to covid most of the shops r closed I told I ve original you can check it and give but he didn't.then I went to manager and requested him.manager checked everything and lastly he told "theek hain de dete hain,jail Jana padega toh hum jayenge".I felt very bad at his comments as I was not doing any crime.so the staff attitude hurt me.giving our own money they r acting as if they doing some big charity.

Slow work but overall it is good
