Bank of India - Public Sector Bank in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

The lady priyanka sitting on counter no 1 doesnt have the manners to talk to the customer. Whenever i visit the bank there is a server problem or a mail problem. The lady name priyanka instead of talking politely speaks very rudely. Shes a disgrace to the bank

For passbook printing you have to go on left in coming out direction. A second shop in next building, usually have long queue.

The application form's title should be something like DO NOT OPEN BANK ACCOUNT HERE instead of OPEN BANK ACCOUNT They are not providing service to customer, this branch of Bank Of India is just made for Time Pass. So, if anyone feels that they are feeling lonely and want to spent some time with others then they must visit this branch bcoz here you can spent ample amount very easily. This is because they don't want to provide service to their customers, and also they don't have ethics at all as to how to behave with a customer. They are just working as if it is their own bank and we have opened account in their bank. Finally, I would highly suggest not to open account in Bank of India. It is worth to give some rupee extra to other banks since they treat their customers as if customers are their real family members. I am feeling very very very sad today because I visited BOI for changes in detail of my little brother's account. Now, My brother has decided to close account and open it somewhere else who are not like this bank.

Third class service. Waiting for the Debit card from the past 2-3 months. Still not received the Debit card. Bank employees do not care about the service. Every time visiting the branch to debit the money from the account. Instead go for well known bank.

Worst experience. Staff are non supportive and sound arrogant. I just want to say though it's government bank it does mean you will make your own rules thats the reason people are going to private bank for better experience

Pathetic Bank with inefficient & arrogant staff. None of the staff is ready to help. It seems to be like a senior citizen staff bank whole staff is lazy. Deposit ATM next to the bank is always & always out of order. Cashier at the Bank is such a lazy lady that even a child of 4th or 5th standard will work on PC much more faster then her. She takes atleast 5-7 minutes for a single person weather it is deposit of money or cash withdrawal. Please Please never ever open an account with such a lazy & inefficient staff of Bank.There is no Negative rating here or else I would have given minus -10 rating for the Bank.

Poor service. Just to change address in bank, they need adhaar card and electricity bill copy. Which is fine. But they need full copy of house agreement. Why is that required ? What is the use of adhaar and electricity bill copy then ? They just want to move customer from 1 counter to another. Useless staff. Everytime same experience. Poor service .
