The staff is welcoming especially Mr. Aman Singh who was in charge during my visit. The rooms are tidy and clean. The lighting of the rooms is perfect. The hotel is located near Railway station One of the best things about this hotel is that they allow early check-in, which was a great convenience for me. I was happy with my stay here.
Nice place to stay. Service is very good & food served at hotel r excellent.A deluxe thali will cost u Rs 250 but sufficient for two person. Walkable distance from railway station.If u have more luggage then take E rickshaw it will take 20 RS per passenger.
Amazing stay! Throughout our stay of 3 days, the staff was really cordial and their service was great. The room was spacious enough for 4 people with neat and clean bathroom. Will recommend this to anyone coming to Haridwar for a short budget stay.
We stayed there for 1 night in 21st nov, very unsafe place, no water in tap to bath, TV non functional, cockroach , dirty rooms smelly bathroom...never ever stay in this hotel, we have checked out without taking bath as water is not dere
We had booked this hotel room 1 month ago still when we came to this hotel we were informed that we are not allowed to stay as we had not paid advance payment... we had given a call 1 day advance to confirm that we will be checking in on next day even at this time it was not informed about advance payment ... No sense of hospitality at all
The Location is quite nearby to the railway station. It was easier to find with Google maps. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The food cooked by the chef was delicious... everybody Loved it.. the problem with electricity is the issue with the entire Haridwar City hotels I believe which is why I'm avoiding that one as we cannot blame hoteliers with that.
The worst hotel ever and the stuff, I have booked hotel but dur to some reason our trip got canceled and i have informed them before 10 days still they are not refunding my advance payment. Everyday i call and their behaviour is worst. They are not giving the refund still. I have called their customer service number too but they are also not entertaining me. Don't book their hotel.
We have booked triple bed rooms..Rooms are good for one night stay.. The haridwar station is 10 min walk..The manager is very cooperative and nice.. Negatives:- No lift . Tea kettle is not there Done
