In area bodybuilding a trainee expects 2 things from a trainer 1) knowledge & 2) communication He is exceptionally good in this two area. He is experienced with particle and theoretical knowledge about body dynamics. He pushes you to lift more lift correct. I have trained with many most of them where complicated but his was is simple and effective. I really recommend him for beat result. Thank you guru
