One of the WORST HOSPITAL in Kolkata. My mother had dengue and she was admitted in this hospital. The hospital authority gave her dozens of saline everyday. In the 3rd day of admission she had bleeding from her nose which is the last stage of dengue. The nurse said this happens often nothing to worry. I would request everyone not to do any sort of treatment here. They will kill the patient. My mother is in Apollo now and she is retrieving slowly. The doctor's over there said she was about to die

Good nursing home. Expensive medication. Management should be much improved.

Treatment is very Good. Dr. Subhayun Bhattacharya is very polite person. His behaviour is very well mannered. But, Administrative process must be improved. Doctor released patient at Morning 10:00hrs but At cash counter we had to wait till 16:00 Hrs. Billing process is very very slow which is not desirable at all.

Please for God's sake don't take your beloved person to this substandard hospital, for minor injuries you can think about it but for critical patient, this is one of the worst hospital in the town, they will just admit the person in ICU, even if it is not required and lastly they will say "Sepsis with septic shock", there are lot other hospital in the area, please avoid this nonsense hospital. Dr Anirban Hrishikesh Biswas talks in a harsh and cruel tone to patient party, when the patient party is in such a distress for a critical patient, that kind of behaviour will break your heart. Please don't take your beloved person to this hospital.

The doctors in the outdoor unit are very nice and polite... But the receptionist in green saree is very very impolite and talks very rudely... The management should check at her behaviour towards patients

Very bad experience in the nursing home or hospital after admitting my wife for dengue treatment on 11/10. Exaggerated bill on medicines and doctor fees must make patient party surprised. So, none was advised to admit his patient except in emergency. The management used to exploit patients very much who are admitted under medical insurance.

They will not respons over phone. When u admit ur patient they will trap you for money. They will not release your patient easily. The behaviour of receptionist and nurses are worst.

This nursing home has the only intention of money making... My baby was admitted to NICU and they performed unnecessary tests and prolonged her stay by inflicting fear of her health... Note : The cost of the NICU is exorbitant
