UK Nature Stay - Home Stay in Yellapur - Uttara Kannada, India

A most delightful and refreshing getaway spot. In the midst of lush jungle and a little stream flowing by, gave us a wonderful relaxed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. A must visit for nature lovers and also a peaceful place to carry work to, if you must. The homely food was fresh and delicious and the staff, warm and friendly. Our nature walks also gave us a glimpse of the rich flora and fauna! Don't miss an opportunity to make a trip to this beautiful place!

Had went to the UK nature stay over the weekend for a couple of days. This place is amazing in the middle of nature and the food and hospitality that was provided was wonderful. Best place to get out of daily hassles and relax and refresh. More than everything you get friendly host Mr Niranjan Bhat who takes care of his Guests

Location of the property is awesome, feels like within forest area.. Lot of open space, a natural river flow n activities u can spend time,. U get hot water full time. Food varieties can improve without repetition. For old age PPL can be difficult to move around.

It is a very peaceful and homely stay. Place is very calm and hostility was very nice, the owner's family were very friendly and especially food was very nice. And Mrs. Sowmya is superfast and can cook anything you ask in minutes, if you wish to try authentic dakshina kannada veg food, it is the place. And non-veg food was also vry tasty. And rooms too were spacious and neatly maintained.

Rooms , stay and the people were great. The owner is a gentle person. Coordinates very well. One should opt for food too. There are no restaurants nearby so I think you need to take food included plan

The place UK nature stay was as close to perfection as one gets. The stay was so hospitable and comfortable. No hitches at all. Mr. Niranjan and his team took care of every requirement carefully and were very friendly and helped us right from the pick up from the bus stand to the drop off. The food was exceptionally good and they adhere to every restriction and requirement and yet prepare delicious food. We couldn't get enough. Though we visited in the rainy season...it was one of the most relaxing places I've ever been to The place is so scenic and beautiful that it wows you once you entire the huge property. Surrounded by nature and trees and sound of the river flowing through the estate, the continuous hum of the cicadas and along with that of the rain. You won't need no Spotify there. The rooms were clean and well maintained with hot water supply throughout and balconies to all rooms which have the most amazing view of the forest around you The staff is very hearty and helps you out at all times The best part was the INFINITY POOL overlooking the beautiful river flowing through the property. It's so serene and relaxing to be in the cold water with some occasional drizzle. It's all natural rain water without chemicals. There is a continuous melody of the Malabar whistling thrush along with spotting of a variety of other birds and langurs in the estate. The only con is the bad network. Almost 0, connectivity to the internet except in the dining area and hardly any phone network available which can be a problem Also the rooms have a certain smell of wood due to the rain which can be solved with a room freshner The place is so worth the money and must visit at any cost. A hidden gem of Karnataka I dare say. Perfect for a weekend getaway or even a long stay for family and for solo travellers. It's a very safe place and trustworthy people. Would like to thank Mr Niranjan and his entire team for the most wonderful stay.

The stay at the jungle retreat was an absolute delight. Ours was a big group- full of singers for a monsoon gettogether From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely host who exuded warmth and hospitality. Our cottage block had 4 rooms *4 beds each . The cottage was eco friendly contruction , simple & clean, The cool and serene nature surrounding the property added an extra touch of tranquility, making it a truly rejuvenating experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the sense of freedom that enveloped the retreat , we all were singing aloud & dancing till late night !!! The snacks & food served during our stay was nothing short of homely perfection. loved the evenng snacks ( Tawa grilled Chicken & fish ) Thanks to his kitchen team ! All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more fulfilling retreat. The combination of a wonderful jungle setting, the passion of the hosts, basic good hygiene, the embrace of nature's tranquility, and the comfort of homely food made our stay truly unforgettable. Will visit this place again soon .

Great hospitality by Mr. Niranjan Bhat. Liked the location very much. Rooms are located beside forest, feels lost in jungle with birds crispy sounds. Best suited for group outings. One of the best place with nearby visiting spots like Gante Ganatapati Temple, Jenukall Gudda, Magod Falls & can enjoy a lot with forest driving.. Amenities are getting upgraded..
