We booked a cab for pickup from Ujjain Railway station at 02:00 in the morning for 6 people. Because we have elderly people and kids, we wanted to make sure we had a ride to the hotel that is guaranteed. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up and did not answer the phone. The owner of the agency did answer my phone, tried to reach out to the driver but no vail. The owner did instantly refund my advance in the middle of the night. Which makes me think this is truly a driver issue and not the whole agency. But I am still rating one star because I was left to figure out travel plans with people over 70 years and kids less than 3 years in the middle of the night at a railway station that had nothing. There was hardly any transport available to us.
It was awesome trip for me bcz I have planned to visit Shree Mahakaleshwar Jyotirling Temple and took Darshan of Baba Mahakaleshwar ji within 15 minutes.

Whereas Ujjain tour n travels got ready within mins without any argument with very reasonable amount and that to without any advance. Next hour he is at u hotel and within 2 hours me made to my destination. The driver was very polite and professional. Thankyou for providing such please trip. Highly recommended

To Everyone Who Read This Please Don't Book This Travels .. We Had Terrific Experience With This Travels. We Are A Group Having 23 Members And Booked Two Tempo Travelers On 08-09- 2015 And We Reached There On 14-09-2015 Those Two Vehicles Came To Railway Station To Pick us .. From There Started Their Action.. They Asked Us For The Parking Charges (Actually We Include All The PC And Parking ) Next Day Morning They Picked Us At Our Matt And We Started To Omkareswar And Then They Are Going With The Speed Of 40 To 50Kms Only And They Stopped For Tea About 20 Minutes After Travelled For 15 Kms From Ujjain To Omkareswar Around 140kms They Took 4 And Half HoursTo Reach There.. Then We Complted Our Darshan And Came Back Then Again Started Drama That After Travelled For 15 Kms From Omkareswar They Stopped For Lunch For Their Own.. They Never Listen To us Lot Of Times I Complain To Mr.Vikas Powal Who Owns The Travels..They Did n't Shown Any Thing Hardly.....It's Worst Experience We Ever Had.. Please Don't Prefer Them.
