UHS+ (Super Speciality clinic for Endocrine, Thyroid, Gynaecomastia, Breast Enlargement, Breast Cancer & Diagnostics - Medical clinic in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Very unprofessional way of handling patient and taking booking. They asked to come at 11am. I arrived 10.30 am waiting for my appointment time at 11am. Lady at the reception told me that my appointment is at number 3 at 11.30am ( surprise surprise). No movement from 11 am till 11.25 am. When i arrived they asked patient to come for BP and height weight check up. But again (surprise) they don't have BP machine and staff is not aware about that. Doctor not yet arrived to the clinic. Where it was informed us on arrival that 11.30 is our appointment and before that there is 2 more appointments. Have mercy. You don't respect the time of the patient. That's very unethical and unprofessional.

Best Endocrinologist for thyroid. A regular patient since 5years and he's the best and humblest doctor one would ever come across. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful in assisting us.
