I have visited this clinic recently for some blood test. Must say the place is very well maintained and clean. The staffs are also very polite and helpful. One must have take appointment before visiting this clinic. They have provided coffee in the waiting room too. Drinking water is also available in the waiting room. Many specialist doctors are available in this clinic. I am satisfied with the service provided.
I found the entire crew members very friendly, very cooperative. Big thing is very active. Knows the value of time of the patients and do things fast and make things convenient. Ofcourse very clean. Parking facility also I got. Reach out is very easy. Overall i found it very nice
Very good management and staff are helpfull . Dr benzitha pintu mbbs and md rheumatology she is coming from Bangalore manipal hospital.Her treatment is helpful for patients.
Worst Service I found so far, they are least bothered about patients value of time.
Will never ever recommend to anyone
All staff i have found polite except a slim girl wearing saree and fair skin tone. After fill the form she ask me about a little mistake very unprofessionally. I was quit silent because my father was with me that time. Otherwise .....? Need to train that girl to mind her own profession.
They called for Ultrasound ; when reached then they mentioned that doctor's won't come today! Poor Internal Communication and the receptionist doesn't have knowledge of basic medical terminology! Pathetic
Went to see an ENT and Dr Mrinmoy Mayur Choudhury was very polite. Staff offered me coffee as well which was a very nice gesture. Best Apollo branch so far. Highly recommended.
Extremely poor service. Incorrect information shared with patient. Patient is physically challenged appointment with doctor was at 12 30 pm and patient reached by 12 20 pm of 26th Aug 2023. And made payment
