The room was Decent but had issues with Hot water, though complained to the front desk. Issue was not addressed. TV and Set up box Remote were dead and not working. The complete lobby including the Lifts were smelling weird and had a bad odour

Great location, Fantastic food, and good service. However there was a room renovation going on and it was disturbing us badly. They claim they don't allow outside food orders over Swiggy/Zomato but they have a limited food menu. The bar/restaurant is outsourced and bills can't be attached to rooms. So be prepared to pay separately for it as I wasn't! The Reception staffs can be clueless sometimes. A clear indication of micro Management with no support from the Management in a lot of ways! The rooms are small but very neat. The food is amazing and that's one reason this place is great for people who wish to stay in Alwarpet in Chennai! The staff need to be trained better!

Everything is good, but for the size of rooms, The wait for breakfast delivery - they deliver breakfast in your room as there is no dining area in the hotel - is a bit irksome. Also the breakfast options are the same most of the time, idli, vada and dosa. A fully functional on-site dining / restaurant should help to make this place better. However, service and cleanliness is top notch.

Horrible experience!!! Looks like all fake reviews. we booked looking at all the positive reviews. Communication happens over Whatsapp and no bills are given for anything.. the rates and slab can change anytime they feel so.. Rooms are very untidy and pathetic, the receptionist are very un professional and has no sense of Hotel management. For extra few hours they charge around 75% more and very right with 12pm to 11AM checkout after which you need to pay full day rent if its exceeds 6 hours.. Over call they explain reduced rates and once you land they raise it or ask you to leave.. nor do they explain the rates. During our stay they were doing repairs on the top floor and the loud banging and noise was all present through the day.. We paid with breakfast, neither did they provide breakfast nor did they check anything on it or inform.. we eventually went out and had our breakfast. They did not even refund the amount.

I had a short stay at this hotel. The first impression wasn't welcoming especially the receptionist. However we had no other choice. No tea/coffee set up in the rooms. Bar service was excellent but expensive too. The room was too noisy as there was some works going on. They couldn't do anything even after called the receptionist. Over all experience was just okay.

Worst service,more costly,not worth for money spent. There is no water pressure in bath room.I think they have water shortage. Complimentary break fast is not worth. We experienced very salty Uppuma.

They had overbooked so had to share room inspite of booking separate rooms 2 weeks prior. Adding to this were the unclean linen, soiled towels, and no hot water. Also rooms smelled full of cigarettes.

Very worst experience, they dont know how to treat guests. We already prebooked room and pay advance money for two days , per day room rent 3150 and i pay 4000 in advance for two days , the checking time was 12 pm and they told you have only one day to stay and vacate at 12.30pm . If you came here to stay you want to stand in the middle of the road...
