TVS - Trichur Automobiles - Motorcycle dealer in Chalakudy - Thrissur, India

Bought TVS raider 125 2 weeks ago, customer dealing is good. Car is also good so far. Don't know any more details.

Good service.. Very coperative staff.comfortable waiting area with drinking water facility.

Very bad experience. They are cheating customers.Delivered damaged vehicle for me(Tvs Jupiter )self starting complaint. They didn't provided correct extra fittings, already charged extra fittings payments. Totally foolishing customers. Don't buy vehicles from them.

Very BAD experience. Won't be suggesting at all ! They can't even crosscheck/process the bill properly. After service, they made mistakes in bills too often, not once but twice for me. when I pointed it out, they blamed me(CUSTOMER) for not communicating the discounts properly ('so called their AMC'). Even though the discount(AMC) is applied on the bill, but not appearing on the final bill(around 500+rs has been added up). And they are not ready to accept the fault,instead blaming the customer. This happened twice for me. please do a keen check on your bills after service.

Extremely bad experience. A bad team. They didn't give any value to customer and customer life. Am facing the issue in vehicle from 3 days of purchasing to 13 months till now. By god's grace big accident is averted. As soon as he picked up, the parts of the bike started moving one by one on the road.Sales executives are very friendly and convincing in time of purchasing, but any complaints faced they said that they are not responsible and go to hell and never even pick up call after that. They didn't solved the issue and not give a better service after purchasing. By detailed enquiry about the shop we get lots of compliants with many proofs from the customers against this shop. Am highly regret every moment when I decided to purchase a new vechile correct from here. No words to say. Am didn't suggest this shop to anyone to purchase. Now if you must take the bikes from here, take the bikes and give it to be dismantled in the next month, at least that much money will be left in hand.
