Worst ever service experience. Recently serviced my Scooty Zest, initially they said that cost would be around 6-8k (that itself is high price) but after finishing the work total expenses was 17k which is seriously over priced and you can buy a second hand vehicle for this price. This much expensive service did no justice to my vehicle, most of my complaints remain unsolved. On top of that i noticed few new complaints which were previously not there. No one cares to attend the phone call, also technicians always wants to replace the parts instead of repairing. Also no one listens to your problem even the technicians. Simply waste of time and money.
Don't ever plan to go here for servicing and maintenance.

The workers didn't have more information knowledge about the product. And the response is not super.
Worst service centre, their capacity is only upto old model star city, XL, sport like that, not suitable for RTR 200 4V, 160 4V or any latest models, so you can even travel atleast 60 kms for next good service centre instead of sending vehicle here, they're only good at convincing you for additional complaints (which never exist in your bike) to make you to pay more..!
