The Service GM Mr. Anupam has done a good job in keeping the workshop running efficiently.

The GM Mr Barkataki is also very efficient & helpful.

The executives don't listen to your problems properly. Manipulating customers to change parts unnecessarily. They will make some faults in your motorcycle during servicing so that you visit them again. When the executives call for review, you cannot give a negative feedback or suggest them anything, they will get defensive. Worst showroom to purchase TVS bikes. Better go to TVS showroom in other districts nearby instead of this. If you are in need of paid service then find some good third party shop and go there.
