If you are travelling to Ayodhya hills, visit the lower dam along with the upper and middle dam. As you move towards lower dam from upper dam, the scenerio is very serene. The forests and roads, the tribal people living with their clean villages will make a place deep within your heart for sure.

Lower dam beautiful place ajodhya hill

The serpentine road to the upper dam stops everyone here to feel the slightly view of the Ajodhya Hills.

A wonderful sight of natural beauty... Around 7kms from Ayodhya hill top. A must visit place. The pathway is not so easy to reach to the downward side, be careful and not recommended for the elderly persons.

The most popular tourist destination of our purulia is Ajodhya Hill. This is a perfect combination of hills, forest, serpentine road, dales, placid lakes, river, stream, hydro-project and many more. The vast extent of greenery and serpentine roads
Excellent place to visit for those interested in knowing about hydro electric power generation as well as those looking for lush greenery. The upper dam has a beautiful view on both sides of the dam. There is a wide area to park vehicles at one end.
