Tulsi Hotel - Hotel in Katni - Katni, India

Extremely bad, if youre with family pls don't book this, and if a lady traveling alone then a big no. As soon as we entered the reception area we were greeted with whiskey bottle cartons! Dirty sheets, so dirty that I started to itch, toilets worst than a roadside dhaba. And when we went to the reception to give him he said just too bad this has been like this forever we can't do anything abt it!!

It's a very compact building with small rooms but okay for a room to stay. It was comfortable n service was great. The owner was such a nice person dealt very well. Overall it was a great experience.

I am here to share my very bad experience about this Hotel Tulsi, first of all that experience of this hotel was very bad, whole Hotel was smelling very bad with the smoke of cigarette, when I entered the room I found the bed sheet was full of the spots which was looking very very bad and dirty, and when I enter the bathroom it was really very very dirty condition spit sports are on the walls and the toilet flush was not working, geyser facility is not available in the hotel and they will not offer you any type of water for drinking or any cup or any glass aur Botal, after asking so many times they offer me a very dirty towel which was full of dusty just experience in the mop,

Tulsi hotel is located near Katni railway station in front of City Mall. If you want to just refresh and relax after your journey then it's a good choice. Hotel rooms are very clean and staff providing very good services. Interior of the rooms is also very good. Cost wise it's cheap and very light on pockets.

The Over All Experience was Nice at Stay at Katni with this Hotel. room small but comfortable. The Location of Hotel is Very good as Near to Railway station.

very good hotel, small rooms but good, clean, due to low space other facilities is not available like furniture, cupboard, chair, sofa, near to Railway Station, food available in parcel facility, I like to stay and recommend to other.

the hotel owner is very greedy...also he is not a supporting guy...he only begs for money and more money for everything..they dont reply in calls when i call the hotel for checkout time change will be possible or not, they didnt reply the call and when we reaches the hotel... we complaint the owner of not reaponding the calls...and i request him to change my checkout timing from 9 pm to pm next day...but he rudely said that if we want to change time then we will have to pay for full day again...what the rubbish???customer service and satisfaction is nothing for him... he rudely said that his hotel is already fully booked and he cant give us extra room for only 1 hour for getting ready ....i request to all of u people ...dont book hotel ...
