The hospital, being the highest chargeable in the city, needs to address the following areas of improvement: 1. Enhance the comfort of the waiting area by repairing or replacing chairs near the reception, ensuring a more patient-friendly environment. It's a hospital, not a tea shop. 2. Conduct training for ICU nurses to ensure a higher level of service. Patients expect value for the premium they pay, and it's important that the hospital's staff is well-prepared. Additionally, fostering a more cooperative attitude among the team members would contribute to a better overall patient experience, dispelling the perception that the staff is solely focused on financial aspects.

Such an experienced Surgeon Dr. Pankaj Gupta. He handled such a complicated case with an ease. Most importantly, he's so humble and never reacts like other doctors we see these days. Mrs. Shaily helped us in cashless treatment from TPA.

Worst hospital, they play with the lives of common people, they will loot you and not even treat you well.....my mother would have lost her finger, if we had not rushed to another hospital..... soon I am going to file suit against these looters who are tarnishing the noble profession for their gross negligence.....
