TSG Emerald View Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Port Blair - South Andamans, India

Great hotel at a central city location with a pretty good restaurant. Mr.Shubhodeep made sure our stay was pleasant and delightful. Polite and courteous staff was ever-present, ready to help with anything and everything. If you are looking for leisure you can check out hotels at the periphery of the city with a better view of the sea. Most rooms open into building setbacks with no natural ventilation or sunlight. Location can't be helped but the service and cleanliness more than make up for it. Great for a quick layover or business stays

Solid mid range hotel with a unique bar on the second floor. The room was fine, with good air conditioning but not much of a view. The fixtures and fittings were falling apart somewhat, but nothing too bad. The corridors were the worst part, as they were long, dark, and they smelt a bit funky. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. It was about what I would have expected for the money.

I stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and had a sufficiently good experience. The hotel is located near a calm and charming market with traditional Indian items and close to many tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, and they spoke fluent English and Hindi. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with very good air conditioning and necessities provided inside. The hotel also has a very good restaurant that serves delicious Indian and Italian cuisine. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, parking, and breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The hotel was very affordable, and I felt that I got great value for my money. I would definitely recommend it The best hotel stay experience ever.

I stayed with my family in this hotel. It's one of the best hotel in Portblair. The staff members are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean n neat. Special thanks to Chumki n her team for giving prompt service with a smiling face. The restaurant is nice n serve yummy food. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!!!

Today we booked rooms with food Option at TSG Hotel, Rooms were neat and clean, Miss Farah took my order. I added that i was in a hurry and needed my order ASAP since I was planning to visit the jail. As i said they served my lunch within a few minutes.. it was very impressive kudos to the team and Miss Farah for such a hospitality. The food was delicious.... Right choice of staffs for the hotel.

My experience was great at TSG Emerald View. Shubhodeep Bhattacharya treated us very nicely. The staff were polite hk team Ms. Chumki, Mariam and Neelam and the front security Petrus. Had some issue with our Swiggy order from TSG yesterday. However it was sorted out proactively today by the Corporate GM, Mr Chiranjeevi and the delivery partner, Mr. Rakesh. Thank you for your service and corrective measures.

We have stayed in TSG Emerald for two days and I really want to appreciate their services .I think they go beyond to provide the facilities at TSG Emerald. I really want to mention Mr Subodeep and Chumki for the hospitality they have provided.They are very sweet to us and helped me in doing laundry also.
