Tsas by Dolkhar - Restaurant in Leh - Leh Ladakh, India

Dholkar is a relatively new resort that has gone above and beyond the standard of what it means to provide a luxurious experience. Don't underestimate the food just because it is all-vegetarian. The chef is a master of his craft and his dishes are to die for. I cannot recommend any particular dish, as all the dishes are just fantastic

The food and the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the fresh produce used in the salads, the original flavours of the dishes they've created with local Ladakhi staples and the generous quantities + plating Ate here though most of my trip!

Tsas by Dholkar in Leh presents itself as an "insta-worthy" dining destination, but our recent experience left much to be desired. While the ambiance and presentation might meet expectations, the same can't be said for the food itself. Each dish we ordered fell disappointingly short of what was described on the menu. We tried the deconstructed apple tart, Tsas Pizza, watermelon salad, apricot juice, Ladakhi tacos and Tsas by Dholkar was failing to deliver on its culinary promises. Upon voicing our concerns to the staff, we were directed to speak with the chef, who attributed the discrepancies to a "printing mistake" in their menu. While such errors can happen, it's hard to believe that every dish we ordered was affected by the same issue. This explanation left us feeling skeptical and frustrated. In the end, Tsas by Dholkar came across as an overhyped and overpriced establishment that did not live up to its reputation or menu descriptions. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience, and when it fails to meet expectations, it feels like a disservice to hard-earned money. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this place, as it appears to be more about style than substance.

The restaurant is located in dolkhar resort in a beautiful setting. Food is great and the atmosphere is quiet and romantic.Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They are open from 8am for breakfast.

If there is anything such as Gourmet Vegetarian. An elegant space, very well curated. A joy to eat once, at a minimum, particularly the breakfast, one of the finest Milk Chocolates on the planet.

Tsas by Dolkhar is very beatyfull restaurant in a peacefull area near the Leh center but with no trafic noises around. Beatyful garden where possible to have a great lunch or dinner. They even grow their own ingredients in the garden and the field near by. Service is very nice and compliment. Very good english. The building is very new and clean looking as it is quite new. But the most important part, the food is amazing. We had Tsas pizza with ingredients grown in their own garden, apricot icetea and for dessert great looking and tasting Ladakh forest plate. Totally recommend the restaurant!

Excellent, unassuming and wonderful find. Great variety and fine value tasting menu. Exciting food with high quality presentation, service and inventiveness.Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. At the end I must say that it was a Phenomenal experience with Top notch food and atmosphere...

Had a delectable vegan lunch of the Chef's Ramen Bowl, Katsu Curry and Creme Brulle. Not to mention a very calming ambience and friendly staff.
