Triveni sangam or triveni ghat park is Very beautiful scenic and spritual place in Yog Nagri Rishikesh. It is the confluence of three rivers i.e., Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Ganga aarti performed to the chants of Vedic hymns. Almighty river Ganga flow besides the Shivalik mountain range which is beginning of Himalayas. The distance between Dehradun to Rishikesh is aprox. 41 km and Haridwar to Rishikesh is about 20 km. Haridwar is nearest railway station. But there is new built railway station Called Yog Nagri Rishikesh railway station but a few trains go there about 3.Train. Its better to go via Roadways. Everyone should visit there.
Its one of the ghat in Rishikesh, its my first time visit in here. And this wasn't a planned visit, but worth it. Do visit for the ganga arti which takes place around 7pm.
