WORST Electronics shop in jabalpur. They don't care if you receive damaged or old products. No delivery of the appliances is provided. Once the payment is done, they don't even pretend to care. They are most likely to click selfies in the shop rather than answer customer's queries. I was given the appliance without it's remote and had to go the shop again to get it. There was no service whatsoever.

I have bought many electronics from here and their selection of products is very good and the prices are also reasonable. They even make sure the appliances are installed on time and the delivery to home is also very quick. Satisfied with the service.

Let me start with a single word for this place in quotes " liar" . This is one if the most ridiculous place for any purchase. They will provide you with false narratives about products and benefits which you will never get . Even after going there several times you will receive the same dubious answer for vouchers or anything which you were promised on purchase .

you will get to know about their false promises once you pay them for their product. They will not even pick up the phone to listen to your problem on the very first day of using the product. Even if you have to pay some extra for the same product at some other shop I would suggest you to go for that. Very bad experience !!!!!!
