The yoga institute has positively impacted my mind and health. It's been more then 1 month since i joined .. i came here with anxiety, stress, my overall health was deteriorating.. i joined #myyogaayurveda within a week i found myself in a better place... i noticed better changes in my mind and health .. my body was reacting in a positive state .. i was not anxious and stressed as before , my eating habits took a change , i switched to healthy things ... and that is all because of the environment and knowledge that is being shared by our sir ... he makes sure to share positive eating habits daily in our yoga session .. he is full of energy and enthusiasm and he makes sure that his student follows the same ... !! Hands down the best yoga in the city. Wonderful teacher, beautiful space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend the yoga classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every week! I am attending online sessions , as I am based out of Jabalpur and believe me it's the best 1 hour of the day !The sessions are so Refreshing and Soothing that acts as a stress buster. It's really amazing. I joined Yoga classes in April 2022 physically as I was posted in Jabalpur. After one Month I was transferred to Rewa and I decided to continue classes online because I have seen it's benefits during April 2022 . I am regularly joining the Yoga session even after transfer in Lucknow. It's really very much beneficial for me as I have get rid of many health related issues like acidity, body pain, lethargic body gestures etc. My Cholestrol levels are within range which was on very higher side earlier. It's most amazing benefit is Sound sleep and cool mind. Even after working whole day and traveling I don't feel tired. My overall approach to life has become more realistic, positive and enjoyable. I have added many others to Yoga classes and all of them are satisfied due to improvement in their health and overall well-being. Acharya ji has very good knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda and He prescribes solutions to health related issues to any member. I wish for Great success of Yoga Ayurveda as it's doing good job for all of us. I strongly recommend every one to join it and see himself/ herself amazing benefits. I have been attending My Yoga Ayurveda's scheduled classes regularly. Ever since I have joined them, I feel good with a boost in my concentration power, stamina in my life and an increase in positive thinking. Hi.. I'm 40 yrs old and with age I was feeling stiffness, laziness, in my body. I used to get tired very soon. Then I decided to learn yoga. It's been 3 months I joined MY YOGA AYURVEDA and I'm feelings some positive results. Because the kind of lifestyle we are living today, it can cause serious health issues in longer run.
