I joined Trishoolin Yoga and Wellness centre in the month of September, 2022 and within 6 months I have lost 7 kg. After practicing Yoga, my body started to recover from PCOD problem also.The yoga classes by Chayanika are truly excellent. Indeed, every time I practice yoga, it restores my mind, body and soul. I have done yoga before also Trishoolin made me more comfortable than others .Chayanika is excellent with her co ordination and making everyone comfortable. Individual needs are looked upon and guided Meditation is the best part for me .
Without doubt this is one of the best yoga centres in Guwahati. Me and my mother joined the yoga classes 4 months ago and now we love to do the classes . Yoga helps to burn fat and lose weight, as well as helps to achieve the ideal body form. Our yoga instructor Chayanika ba is an amazing and generous teacher who communicates very well and is very attentive to our individual need.
