nice place for functions, nice staff and cooperative staff. also M.D Sh SK sharma is also very nice, helpful and cooperative person.

The resort is on the highway just outside the city. Easy to locate, convenient location and a decent parking space. The place offers good services and should offer a good recreational day out for a family and even for individuals. The only issue I found was the upkeep of the place and professionalism of the staff.... I mean the staff is courteous but not professional or trained. Otherwise the place has a lot of opportunity to be very popular with the local crowd and even for staying guests.

It was a good experience with trishma resort. Cleanliness was maintained properly and a proper space is there for around 1000 people. Easily 1000 people can be gathered here. Properly everything was managed. It was a great experience.

Good place it is . I have been there many times for parties , marriage functions etc . But if you are a family person and wants to have some picnic then it's not a good place for that matter it's not good for weekends. But it's a great place for big functions like marriage , retirement parties etc . My experience over there is OK .

This hotel is not suitable for living at all, there is a shortage of staff and the service is not provided properly, the bathrooms are very dirty. Try to get the best of your best only then any tourist will be willing to come

We stayed in this hotel in their AC room just for a night (Rs.1500/night) , 2 days back and we had a very bad experience. We reached hotel at around 11.30 PM and at around 2AM, due to bad weather, full electricity went off. We called up their reception and asked about the electricity and we were told that they are putting on the generator. Almost 45 minutes passed but he didn't put on the generator and when we tried to call him, now the intercom wasn't working. Me and my husband went down and found that there was no one at the reception and the entrance/exit was locked. We were locked in three storied building almost for 2 hours and that too with no window or balcony for fresh air and light. At around 4.30AM they could put on the generator and AC wasn't working on generator. We had to sleep in fan with lots of mosquitoes. While checking out at around 8AM, we asked the person that just to sleep in AC we booked the hotel and what for we should pay the full amount (we had paid full amount in advance), after some arguments, he was returning us Rs.200/- which we didn't take back. No hospitality, no guest care and we found the place totally insecure. In emergency no one was available there.

I attended third function here and all time felt superbly fine here. All kind of facilities are there in palace. Its a superb place and infact food was also arranged by Palace Personnel and it was all times Awesome.. Superb place and easily approachable.
