A wonder trip! I was exploring various packages for my trip to Thailand. That is how Shritama and Gaurav from Tripoholic contacted me. It was my 1st International trip and they helped me with every detail related to place and travel in a budget friendly way. They were very patient and helpful in helping us planning the trip to get the best experience. Definitely a delightful experience it was on the trip booked by them, I absolutely loved my trip and loved how they took care of my personal preferences. First things first... we were skeptical when travel triangle just connected us to tripoholic holidays. We were unsure whether we could trust a travel agency so far off (we are from south India) and we had a short planning time (15 days). All those fears were soon allayed when we started interacting with gaurav(hats off simply the best trip advisor i've had so far) and rithika. they were with us the entire way from trip planning, flights, on trip support be it holidays, diwali, late night they just answered our queries and you can count on them to pick up the phone and give you an answer. We were given plenty of options to customize, accommodate last minute changes.they just made sure we had no trouble on our trip to Thailand. It was one to remember years by. If you guys need a trip planned to thailand just go with tripoholic. you won't regret it. Oh! make sure to ask for gaurav and rithika as your trip advisors.

Very good, sritamma and Gaurav cordinated our Thailand trip, were available to answer any queries as well In terms of booking initially, there was some delays in getting details but i think it can happen when you have to coordinate with hotels and I was checking for different countries Me and my wife booked honeymoon destination Thailand with them - Phuket, Krabi, pattaya and Bangkok. It was overall 8 days For Phuket the hotel we got even though was 4 star was more like 3 star, very bad services, the room we got intially took time to get and when we entered, someone was already there, lunar patong was hotel name. We visited phi phi islands where we did snorkeling In Krabi, we got a very good hotel appleADay. We did island hopping there. We also get rest days at each of these places which was needed so that we could take rest between travel, shop and explore on own In pattaya, we visited some amazing gardens. We also saw floating markets in our spare time. In Bangkok, we saw marine park with various sea creature and also had a cruise The itinerary was different themes in different cities so it was not boring Gaurav suggested places to visit in leisure days and also foods to try out. Their rates were also not that expensive. They also were available to help in terms of queries

We had been Thailand during December 2022. Family tour with 12 members. Strongly recommend NO to tripoholic. Totally unprofessional bunch of people. Made us pay full amount in advance ( incl entry fee) and on arriving at destination we had to again pay for entry tickets. We still haven't got our refund despite of follow-up emails and calls. Pathetic service. No sense of value towards customers. Thanks tripoholic for giving us unforgettable memories for our lifetime.

Best customer support !!! We booked our honeymoon trip with TRIPOHOLIC HOLIDAYS to Europe, from the beginning they have supported and gave proper guidelines on all the process. Gaurav from the company who helped us to design a beautiful Itinerary. We had some issues at the check-in desk and Gaurav helped consistently to resolve the issue. Overall a great company who value there customers and plans a great trip at very reasonable price for there customers. For Tripoholic team: Kudos to you all and please do keep this great work going on, lot more trips to come in your way. :)

To start with it was first trip to an foreign country for both me and my wife. On top of it, it was our Honeymoon. So this trip was very much special for both of us. Let me start with my booking experience. When I expressed my desire of an package in Travel Triangle almost 5 months before the actual trip, I got quite a few offer. But I like the one from Tripoholic because it seemed to me comprehensive as per my liking and within my budget. Sourav and Sree from Tripoholic was very much straight forward about what they are including in the package and what not. They also helped me with the other expenses I might incur for this trip apart from the package. So I was able to calculate accurately how much I am going to spend for this trip. Once I decided to book the package, first thing Sree did was to get the Flight and Hotel booking. One good thing here, Travel Triangle gives you flexible payment option. Total package was divided into 6 installments. Trip itinerary was planned meticulously 7 days prior. Gaurav suggested me to have speed boats for Island Tours which I accepted and it was very right move I say. I would suggest don't hesitate to pay few extra bucks for this. Now to start the tour we boarded from Kolkata Airport landed first in Bangkok and then from Bangkok to Phuket in a connecting flight. We checked in the hotel around 2:30 am in the night but we found bed was well decorated and it was a deluxe room. Next day we roam around the Patong beach and we immediately stuck by clean and beautiful scenic Patong Beach. Next day we had James Bond Island tour in speedboat. This tour was really awesome and the experience was out of ordinary with green sea, clear blue sky and scenic island in the middle of the ocean. Even the SIC lunch was nice both Veg and Non Veg. Special mention should be for Canoeing which was really a splendid experience. Third Day was for Phi Phi Island Tour which was also very nice. But I must say for non Swimmers like us it was not as enjoyable as Swimmers as we missed the Snorkeling there. But the Indian SIC lunch and beautiful Islands with Speedboat tour was really good. Forth Day we were transferred from Phuket to Krabi via Boat service. The experience from boat deck was out of ordinary. One must try this. Upon arrival to Ao Nang we were transferred to our Krabi Hotel by TukTuk Van. After some rest in the hotel we went out for Krabi beach and Market tour. We enjoyed the coconut Icecream and famous Thai Message that evening. Next day it was time for Four Island Tour. This tour was also very nice with Blue and Green sea water, Blue sky and lush green Islands and clean white sand. In the evening we went for some shopping in the Krabi Market. Next day we returned to Kolkata. Now coming to overall experience I must say the trip can not be planned better. Special thanks to Sree, Gaurav, & Pum. They were for help all the time. They went sometimes out of way to make our experience nice. I liked their dedication and personalized care for us. Flights were scheduled very nicely by Sree. Both Phuket and krabi hotels were very good. Pick up and drop from airport and hotel were on time always. Apart from this Sree and Gaurav were always suggesting us to try different things. At last me and my wife like to thank both Sree and Gaurav for making this trip a memorable one. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you again.

As a travel agency towards customer they are good. But for employees they are very bad. I worked here for 6 months left the company on April due to excess pressure. Still not got my dues clear. Please I would request all my clients to help me to take my incentives.
