Travelled to Bali, Indonesia with family (June 2023) . The trip arranged by "Exciting Tales"( Salt lake, BE Block) was smooth and hassle -free throughout. Local guides / Indian food restaurants was a Very Good Experience. Thanks to Anwesha Das for her round-the-clock assistance with a smile, in case of our smallest needs, and "Exciting Tales" , for crafting a memorable outing in the "Island of Gods". Will travel again with them. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much Exciting Tales and Radhika for organising our trip to Vietnam. It was well planned and executed. I must say that the tour guides in every city of Phu Quoc , Da Nanag and Salat went out of their to meet our requirements and were very accommodating. In one or two instances, where we had to deviate from the plan(due to unforeseen reasons), the team made sure that Plan B was put in place with little or no issues at all. We made quite a few changes in the initial itinerary and Radhika, patiently worked upon it. The overall trip was comfortable and a memorable one. Value for money trip that we enjoyed in 10 days covering many parts of Europe with promised itinerary, good Indian food and considerable 4 star hotels. After a week I had to downgrade the rating and reached the conclusion that never trust them for airport transfer expenditure. Breakup is never told clearly. In my case they booked my transfer from Isola Sacra Hotel with Colosseum, canceled the colosseum on their own and continued with the airport transfer charging EUR120!( Hotel is nearby the airport and charges EUR7 per pax or Uber charges EUR20). Had they provided they breakup we would have canceled the transfer! Total cost 210 EUR ( the break up was never conveyed to us for the ulterior motive) Colosseum TOUR COST : 90 EUR (REFUNDED) TRANSPORT COST : 120 EUR In summary, the people are not transparent/ignorant and are likely to lose business for petty interest.

Nicely organized tour... Full care have been taken by exciting tales group.. Nowhere we faced any complications.. Very smoothly organised trip.. we always well informed ahead of our outing.. Local care taker very cooperative,, Having lot of fun.. very hassle free tour... Thnx to our tour handler M/S. Radhika lunia mam.. she offered us a very brilliant package with competitive pricing...

Very good trip, good India food, only if could have been made a little less hectic and some free time given for shopping. All in all was very happy. Keep it up.
