I had a trip with this agency and i am strongly suggesting . if you want to enjoy your trip don't book here. we also booked here after watching the good review but all the reviews are paid and fake. he will explain politely to you everything but after you paid your first 3k you will see the change in tone and attitude. i just don't want anyone to suffer just a warning . enjoy your trip
Agency was a big fraud and scammer. They promise 3 star hotels in their package and let you stay in average homestay. Worst part is food it is type of food that you will not eat even when it's free. Also driver are not very cooperative at all when we asked to stop at a monastery he said it was not included in package even when booked a private cab instead of sharing one, even they are always in hurry at all attractions and say that next point will be closed. Don't go for fake reviews.
Don't trust packages provided by this agency. You can book a cab only but please Book hotels by yourself because they are scamming us. 3 star hotels listed in package description with breakfast, lunch , dinner but they provided different hotels(worst < 1star) with worst food ( only dal chawal ).
when you paid big amount for your trip. you will expect it to be good at least .but here you will get worst option available for you for your big amount. here he has to do with his money only .your comfort and enjoy will screw here. book anywhere else but not here
We were in Gangtok and had no proper plans. Our travel agents gave us greatl plan within a short time. In fact he gave us the choices to choose aswell. "THE TRAVELAGENNT IS VERY TRUST WORTHY" and clear on the terms. Would suggest to all kind of travelers.
