Trident Hotel Bhubaneswar - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Hotel was excellent and pricing was fair in comparison to service. I personally liked the minibar service and the food. Much preferably stay during night for more fun and staff behavior was nice. I would like to give this hotel more than 5. Good to stay with friends and it's also family and couple friendly.

I went there with my wife for our Anniversary Dinner and being a vegetarian there is not much options in the menu. The food was very average and would have been better. Service was ok. The drink we ordered came very late and the portion of food is very less. Been to Trident Mumbai also the experience was all together different. My Anniversary would have been better than this. We chose Trident over Mayfair but it was not worth it.

I visit the place to charge my electric vehicle at times and their security staff is very professional and yet extremely polite. Once, I reached their exit gate with a drained car battery. I was touched when the security stopped me as he should have and then talked to his seniors to get an approval to let me in after checks. While I was getting my charging started, one guy came over to see if I needed help and even offered me water. Small gestures can buy one's heart.

Hotel seems to be overpriced, given the amenities. Starting from the basics like the television service in the room to the breakfast everything is average. No doubt the location and hotel ambience is very good. But that doesn't transforms in to rooms and breakfast.

On the hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool is nicely maintained and the facility is surrounded by greenery. The only suggestions that I can think of is to have a kids play area and support for EV charging at their parking lot.

Good hotel. Quiet. Great staff. Breakfast buffet looks good for those with Indian taste, nice effort was made for western taste - thanks for that.

The service is what made this stay memorable. All the staff are dedicated Would mention Anil and Abhishek . specially I would mention the care my mother received.she needs wheelchair and Mr Anil was very prompt in taking her to the restaurant for meals and anything else she needed At 10pm I requested for gelusil and was relieved to get it in 15min! Definitely great for differently abled people
