I am looking at a lot of comments that they have high making charges and all. All rubbish. You don't buy a Mercedes at a price of Maruti. We need to understand that they are enabling us make a decision in 10 minutes unlike other jewellers where we spend hours for selection and then haggle with them to reduce prices. Everything is top notch. I loved their outlet.

Unpleasant shopping experience. They don't take out the ring tray from display to see and select the rings like other jewellery stores. The expectation is from you to look over the glass display from your far seating arrangements, which is uncomfortable to do for every ring you want to be taken out.

I visited this wonderful place selling Gold & Diamond Jewelry. First of all ambience is fantastic and well decorated . I was astonished to see a great range of latest and extremely rare designs of jewelry which are not available with local jewelry shop. All the products sold here are properly Lab Certified as well as Hall Marked. Normal views may be that it is costly compared to local market but keeping all qualities as well as assurance measures in mind this will be the beat option. Staff is quiet courteous & cooperative.

Taken a Kitty from them, 3 generations took together, grandmother, Mom and myself! We submitted few of them but unfortunately lost our Grandmom and so could not continue with the Kitty. Ideally, the entire amount should be stored with them and we understand that we were not eligible for the bonus but we should be eligible to get our full amount that we deposited to them in the form of any purchase! Firstly they insisted on not paying the full amount as we could not complete it! We even agreed (ideally we should have not) and selected a purchase. They informed to come later post the approval of our amount and to get the purchase. They called us asking to come and get the gold as the approval came. My mum went there twice, sitting for longer hours but no response from them. This is a highly ridiculous service that you can expect out of a brand! This is what the brand serves you, Zero Loyalty, Troubled Customers, assuring things will be done but nothing....We will never ever be giving our faith to you! Very very Sad........
