Servicing experience was very bad there. The mechanic(technician) took extra Rs400/- for repair the bend 'handleT' outside but I noticed they did nothing for that nor go outside. My problem is not solved. N.B: I give extra Rs400/- because the 'handle T' was not available there & it has a long waiting period. So, I request everyone pls do not pay anything to the 'Yamaha Dhubri mechanic' for doing anything. Servicing department always try to cheat their customer.

Beyond disappointed with their service centre. So i own a Mt 15 v2 Went in to get in a simple few things fixed after my bike fell. The mechanic only had to change the clutch lever and the instrument cluster/Indicator holder thing which they didn't have so he just made it look like before by re-adjusting the washer. Didn't even super glue it like i told him to 100 times. Moreover he constantly kept telling me to wait in waiting room but by his behaviour i realised he wanted to mess up with something in my bike and then charge me extra for it because of the way he was talking and handling the bike so i didn't leave the bike from my eyesight. Also because it wasn't even a 10 min job. Also the sales men didn't provide me with a bill quoting i didn't pay for the labour charges but it's nowhere written that you can't get a bill because you haven't paid the labour charges (Which i did but the mechanic wanted it in some other way). It could have been because they might have given me a duplicate clutch lever because i could feel a big difference between the new and the old lever. Anyway i didn't even want to deal with the sales man anymore because he was such a headache. I have realised they really try to suck in as much money as they possibly can from their customers which is very wrong. They don't care about your bike like other service guys does. They will treat it like a garbage. They only do their job for the sake of money which reflects in their working style. I really hope they see this review and make some changes in thier service department.
Very nice sevice All the staff are very good and customer supportive.
