The environment and teaching method of ma'am is really good. I have been suffering from migraine and back pains for quite some time, since my joining in July I have been pretty relieved of migraine and my backaches are also pretty much gone. This is a really good yoga center and even an extremely good yoga teacher
It has been an incredible journey so far. The instructor mam is knowledgeable and encouraging, making each session a refreshing and peaceful experience.
There are so many YOGA centres in Dhubri..but The Fitness Studio not only a well-equipped but well trained instructor with great care.
