Tribal Inn - Hotel in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

First of all the food was soooo disappointing. Dal was undercooked and watery. The bamboo shoot and chicken was extremely spicy that it felt like I've ordered a chilly soup. I also ordered fish and after 1 hour when the food finally arrived i asked where is the fish? They said we Don't have fish. I was so mad at these people cause it took more than an hour to get the food. Breakfast is also pathetic. They serve only 2 French toast per person and only 1 poached egg. No variety at all. And Just to get 1 cup of tea you have to wait 1 hour. If you want something else, they'll charge you extra for that. Now let's talk about the room and the service. Rooms looked fine but the telephone was also not working. It looked like the room has never been dusted and clean properly. They neither came to sweep nor mob the floor. Me and my sister would look for broom and sweep our own rooms. Also, the toilet looked like they never used harpic or any kind of bleaching agent to clean it. The stains were very dark and stubborn. Really2 disappointed. If you want cheap, unclean and poor service hotel this is for you. P.S The hotel has no elevator so if you have a family or elderly with you don't stay in this cause it's on the 3, 4 floor so tiring carrying the luggage up and down. And no WiFi service

Absolutely pathetic service....took 4k for a so called luxury suite..and it was anything but a suite.... horrible non working AC...then ants crawling around in the place...and they take the money upfront unlike other hotels because they know they place is so pathetic.. and instead of helping out they rather take your money and see you walk out... so family people should never stay there. Very very disappointed.... Wasted 4 k for staying just 6 hours...

One of the best pocket friendly hotels in Town.

One of the worst room services across northeast that I have ever experienced. The staff at the reception is highly audacious and projects as if she is obliging by even listening to our order. They dont have subscription to Sony channels and denied the request to subscribe to the same. Complimentary breakfast for 2 is a sumptuous for a sparrow and tea is made from powder milk and the chef forgot to break the lumps. TAT for room services can range anywhere from 50minutes to a decade. The crockery they used to serve breakfast is paper plates and plastic glasses. Talk about tribal sustainability, besides being unhygienic and unhealthy. Feels like a third grade Dhaba. Stay at your own risk.

This hotel was recommended by the receptionist of another resort which was located far away from School of Engineering Technology. Dimapur. On my arrival (01 Nov 2021 Monday) a warm welcome by the receptionists Ayala and Alemla impressed me a lot. One of them guided the cab driver from airport to their hotel, Tribal Inn. Bendang, Mhathung and Moa who provided an excellent room service. Often prepared complimentary tea for me as I am a professor with visual difficulties. In the evenings, I used to talk to the receptionists and Moa to know the Naga culture and popular eateries nearby. The team members were down to the earth and polite. Clean rooms. Good hospitality. The staffs were polite. And the property is in the main city, so you'll get everything you need nearby. All in all, a really good stay.

Wonderful place with good service and nice food enjoyed staying there , and price is also very reasonable

Bad hotel low on maintenance. Bedsheets and towels aren't changed after other person checks out. Very less staffs working in the hotel.
