Interior and exterior decoration and ambiance is great. It's a three storied shop. Ground floor for women, first floor for Kids and second floor for mens. Staffs are very helpful. But collection of clothes and brands are very limited specially in Mens section and almost all products are bit overpriced.
First time I had visited this store which is three storied shop. First floor for women, second floor for child and third floor for men's section. All staffs were cordial and helpful. Actually I am fond of Reliance Trends, so I already visited most of store surrounded me. I have to say that, they should stock more demanding size variety. Otherwise all are Okey.
The salesmen were full of liers and the the manager is a full of ego and attitude. Reliance should sack him from immediate effect. Tells staff to mislead customers.. said go to customer forum. We don't care .
Reliance Trends Chandannagar Outlet is newly opened in Chandannagar Barabazar,Strand Road. Lots of varieties, different price ranges Ladies and Gents garments available here. Ground and 1st floor for Women Wear, Top/2nd floor for Men's collection. But due to server problem or Internet Connection issue billing section is not good, customers standing in long queue for hours.
