I started taking therapy from Soumyadeep Koley in 2022. In less than a year, he initiated me into self-compassion, healing and complete autonomy - three things that are most important to come out of deep-seated trauma. Mr. Koley is a very patient listener, the most empathetic counselor and his solutions also centre around simple somatic and ritualistic exercises/tasks that are are tailored to suit your personality and issues. He has the Buddha's voice, the mere sound of which is reassuring, supportive and all that is needed for someone who does not have a family or friends to fall back upon. As a counselor-in-training, it is my privilege to know him as he also suggests fantastic books and insightful pathways about therapy. I feel blessed and truly lucky that i encountered him.
