A newly opened outlet with 4 floors each exclusively for women,kids,men and sports. The parking area is way too small for this mall. The collection was more or less the same as in other outlets but the standing racks were quite closely set which was an inconvenience to move around without bumping into these racks. The arrangement of the shelves has much scope for improvement. Not many selection for boys in the age group of 13-16 years. There is a footwear counter on each floor and the first floor also had Reliance Jewels although nothing was on display. The staff were trying to be helpful .Nothing much seems to have changed.Very limited variety for women in western wear.Not much has changed .The staff especially in the men's section view customers as a hindrance ro their work.The lift which previously operated from the cellar has now be closed for public, making it difficult for senior citizens.
Reliance Trends is a shopping mall located in As Rao Nagar. It is a newly opened mall a year ago. The mall looks great from inside and outside and they even have lots of new clothes.. they have total 4 floors. They have many collections of new dresses..they have almost all brand shoes..but i did not find something new which i wanted and i saw the same reaction with most of the customers.. the staff service is not so good.
Not the best quality products. Staff just wants you to waste your time with pointless deals. Billing takes forever (atleast 30 min), perhaps story of all Trends. Staying away from the store as much as I can.
