when to exchange clothes, which we bought 1 hour before, but billing section not accepting returns saying 9.30 closing time. But they are allowing new customers for shopping at same time until 10.30-11 pm. They should accept returns as their shop is open like other shops next to it

Staff was very polite and without asking they have give discount of rs 200

Very nice clothing store with good collections, I ve been visiting this store for a few months. But this time, the billing was too slow, plus there was no place to sit during the billing process. Please work on your software.

I waited almost 20 minutes on the cash counter for my turn when there was only two customer in front of me. Cash counters boys were working like snail pace... Management has to understand the value of time

Collection is really good. Staff is very Co-operative. Also, I'd dropped my money at the store and was completely unaware but the store manager was kind enough to reach out to me regarding it. The money was retrieved successfully. Thank you!
