TRENDS - Clothing store in Jammu - Jammu, India

Overall collection of clothes is good for all..however, I feel they do not offer wide variety of shirts for women... Some shirts were there but their pattern/prints were so common n limited..... I truly believe they need to add on some great shirts in women's collection....

One of the worst customer satisfaction. I was making snapchat stories of the stuff in the mall.the customer exe. (Reliance jewels) told me you can not take pics or snaps of jewellery. Firstly she told me you can buy these as we have offers i told her i dont want after that she and one more male cx service guy start saying this is not allowed. I polietly asked if photos are not allowed then you should keep a sign of no photos allowed. After that she told me there are many things we can not keep sign for everything.And also told to delete the photos.

The store contains women indian wear, western wear, party wear clothes, children section and men clothes (formal as well as casual). There are also footwear present for males as well as females. The rates are reasonable. This TRENDS store is newly opened on the canal road.

Its good. We have been there quite a number of times and are Satisfied with it. Worth visiting

Good collection, nice staff. The location is also good as it's in centre of the jammu city. Easy to reach there but has parking problem

The place is good but the staff is like playing a cheat. The staff person told me that my father has asked to try the shirt and have it, As the went to another floor. But when i asked my dad about it after bill, he said that he hasn't told anything about trying the piece and that piece of shirt cost me 1800 Rs. Just hated their service.

Non functional air conditioning on an extreme hot summer day. Customer service offers lame excuses like Air Condotioning service. If you have non functional air conditioning, the store must offer a 50% discount throughout the store. And if you have to service your air conditioners, do it in the night. I wonder if non functional air conditioning is just to save on electricity bills.
