Same product, different size no exchange on usage of coupons. Are you asking us to not use coupon because of such bad facilities. I'm left unhappy. Using coupons to gift someone is a bad option there. Not even alterations is available. So trends coupons can't be used to gift some closed ones. Makes the receiver sad too. What do we use coupons or not? Shop or not?

Bad experience while trying to provide a surprise gift.... No exchange as we used coupons, so what now we should not use coupons or better we should not shop only. Exchange was for size only so not sure how does that matter. Additionally no alteration facility available. Pathetic.......

Good not a lot of choices.

It would be nice to have a store like this. Staff is good and obedient . Shop atmosphere is great. Need some pure Linen cloths,. great experience.. !!
