Today we go to their store....There was discount( buy 3 get 40% off).... Actually unke staff ne mistakenly discounted k saath fresh articles bhi whi lga diye the aur woh bhi 1-2 nhi poore 4-5 articles same wale....2 gante lagake 6 articles select kiye then we went to the bill counter...a staff member at bill counter really very disrespected us...he said ja dekh Zara ki utha k Kahan se laye Hain.... yesterday i visited one of your outlet in kc center jammu at 8:20 PM and one of the guy at door deny for entry as they have closed the store but online you have mentioned closing time 9:30 PM. I insist that guy to speak with any one of your employee but he directly refused and said that we have all closed and we can't do anything. Even i told him that for me it will take only 5-10 minutes to purchase but they totally denied. I had some gift vouchers which i came for redemption and unfortunately, yesterday was the last date of these vouchers. Personally this was of my first visit at this outlet but my family member purchased from this outlet. finally its a very bad experienced
