I very strongly feel that the majority of the 5 star Google reviews are 100% fake for this property. There are several 5 star reviews that are apparently bought by this property. Please read the genuine reviews carefully before deciding. I've stayed in several Treebo hotels and this one property does not feel like a Treebo at all. Really disappointed on that count. The only saving grace was cleanliness, that too only of a decent level. Treebo is known to be excellent in the cleanliness count and this property was not upto those standards. The entire room floor had a waxy kind of layer all over which was decently cleaned only after three days. The staff literally has zero sense of courtesy and hospitality. The reception is manned by several young boys who probably have yet to be trained in the basics. They see you as transparent or invisible. The AC remote battery was extremely weak such that the display was not visible. When pointed out they said to hold the remote at an angle and use it. Brilliant suggestion indeed on their part. See pic attached. They never bothered to change the remote or the battery. The AC gave decent cooling only when kept to 18deg. The locker war locked. Inspite of at least 5 requests over 3 days, they never bothered to get it open. Wonder what secrets the room no 105 locker holds. The location is rather inside a residential area. The plus side of it is that it's a peaceful location. Take a judicious call before booking this property. My First experience was Awesome 2nd time try to book Felt very bad Telecaller was irritating Asking the same question again and again Today I had a very bad experience with one of the telecaller Treebo...... I visited Chennai for a meeting near Ekkatuthangal and i asked for a room explained about my visit and he asked same question again and again later he was asking about kids i said I'm here for a meeting with my friend Who is my friend he is also a male we both here for a meeting He was annoying and irritating So we had a very bad experience Also the response is very bad My first stay was awesome but your customer dealing is very bad

Location is good, clean and well maintained. The surroundings was also quite good.. Only thing we found difficult is that the place is a little in the interiors so to and from the place was a bit of a struggle..

The service is what truly sets this hotel apart from others as a top-notch option for lodging, despite the fact that it has a fantastic location and rooms that are both quite pleasant and spotlessly clean. Everyone here is really kind and giving with their time as well as the guidance and recommendations they provide. I had a wonderful time throughout my stay at this location. It was well worth every penny that I spent on it. The accommodations are of the highest quality and are spotlessly clean. In addition, the personnel was really kind and helpful, which made the room service even more enjoyable.

Rooms are good. But wifi didn't work both times when I stayed here.

Excellent property! Situated in a calm and silent neighbourhood, the property is maintained very well. The rooms are very good and has a lot of common area. Special mention about the food, we had booked 3 rooms and had our dinner on both days at the hotel itself. I must say the food was delicious and it's rare to find such good quality food with honest pricing.

It is located inside the small road of guindy. It is a bit harder to find the location. Although the rooms are so clean, spacious and well maintained. For every 5 rooms there is a spacious hall to sit and relax. The staff are extremely friendly. The reception guy is so friendly he helps with the non locals. The only con is the breakfast buffet. It is not good. I absolutely recommend this hotel to stay and the location & in hotel buffet isn't your top priority.

This is a very very clean hotel with extremely courteous staff. The hospitality is really good. The hotel is located in a very calm area and the rooms are designed well. They are very spacious and airy. By far the best pocket friendly hotel in the city. Was too impressed with the cleanliness as I couldn't spot even a lizard or cockroach. If you are looking for a small group get together this place is super good as they have private space for hosting the party and the hall can hold 30 to 40 guests easily. Love the place and our stay over and would highly recommend!!!
