Basic amenities are not provided. No hand wash, toilet paper, hot water etc. toilets are stinking. Night receptionist was rude. We booked two rooms through MMT to stay on 25 Nov 23. So called complementary breakfast is a joke. Will never stay in this hotel or will never recommend to even my foes.

Definitely not worth the money. We paid 4000 per room for 2 adults per night . The room was small, morning breakfast was not good. Nothing worth the money we paid. The room worth is only Rs. 1000 per night. Safety, and clean. But u can get better for this cost.

The rooms are definitely not worth the amount they charged ( ~5k for a person room). The toilet smelled a lot. Especially from the drain areas. The shower was clogged with dirt and so wasn't functional. One of the main door lock bolts malfunctioned. The carpets in the corridor also smelt real bad whenever yous topped out. The breakfast was below average. I guess omelette and dose were the only good ones. Pros: The AC did work and they had two in the large family room. and the staff were courteous and helped out with things.

We have stayed here twice and both times, the experience was good. There are certain small issues that one might face. Since these didn't affect us to a large extent, I'm giving them a 4 star rating. 1. They say that the room is road-side view but hardly any rooms face that side. All you can see out of the window is a large brick wall- no trees, nothing. The wall is up close. 2. They have rented parking at the railway station. Sometimes, when they are highly booked, that parking is also full. In that case, you can inform the reception. For us, they made space right infront of the hotel to accommodate. 3. If you are ordering room service, the food and chai timings are a little varied. Travelling with a toddler may prompt you to order food at odd timings. Here are some features to consider that might help you decide if you'd want to book a room here: Cleanliness Polite staff, quick room service (even full meal) Power backup, hot water, wifi Food is good. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous Proximity to the Rock beach and White Town Food rates are affordable Thank you, Team Treebo, for a good experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ARRIVING BEFORE 10AM. They have a very strict check-in policy. Even if they have rooms they won't give you one till it's 10am. Nothing wrong with the policy just make sure that you arrive after 10am. Instead of quoting the policy they say they don't have the rooms. Extremely untidy rooms. The bathrooms were stinking and we had to keep the door open for 30 mins. The bedsheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable . The bathroom was in misery. The room needs a deep cleaning very soon. What's good? 1. Just opposite the railway station. 2. 5 min walk from rock beach. Use this as a last resort if you don't get a stay anywhere else.

Good hotel for accommodation. Hassle-free checkin. Most of the sight seeing places are very close-by. Rock beach is only 10 mins away by walk. Although they do not have their own parking, we have to park in the railway station just opposite the hotel, but safe to park there. Breakfast quality should be improved. Overall a good experience.

We had booked for weekend and stayed here quite a few times during our visit to Pondicherry. This time we found the room just ok. The sheets were old and smelling. Towels were moist and not dry. Bathroom fixtures not maintained well. Breakfast was fine with one lady hogging the bread and butter stand for good ten minutes till someone egged her away.

Overall good experience, rooms are spacious and clean. The location is tough to find and the entrance is full of drainage and not clean or hiegenic. No parking available, we've to park in railway station just opposite. Food is ok.
