We stay there often. Place is convenient, well connected and safe. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food at the attached restaurant is excellent. All staff are courteous and helpful. A great experience everytime.

Had booked room through treebo, for buisness trip, however upon arrival the GSTIN Address was not mentioned correctly for which I asked the hotel to correct it, the hotel people were very unprofessional and told to contact treebo and to get the connection with treebo was time consuming and I wasted about an hour just to provide the correct details. The hotel had no one to carry the luggage to the room. The reception people extended no help and for every concern they told to contact treebo and the whole process was very cumbersome. During checkout I found that they have mentioned my name incorrectly in the invoice. So, I told to rectify the name in the hotel for which they again told to contact treebo and I kept on trying the customer care team for about an hr but was unreachable. I contacted them through WhatsApp but after some time I got a call that the name could not be corrected as I had checkout so they cannot edit it, I asked the treebo customer care that the correct name should have been checked at the time of check in and through I card. However the hotel did not inform the same error at the time of check in and they were neither changing my name at the time of invoice. When I threatened to go to consumer court for such harassment then the next day they corrected my name in the invoice. I would suggest to not book through treebo as they are not for your convenience but will add to your inconvenience. Pathetic service provided by treebo and hotel...not recommended.

Good location. Somewhat difficult to find . Clean & nice rooms . In the midst of many food options. Takes a bit of time to checkout. Rest all are pretty positive. Parking available as well.

It's a great place to be if u r on a visit to Bhubaneswar. Located next to KIIT, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. All Staffs are extremely courteous and take care of all your needs. The price point is fabulous and u won't get a better stay at these prices. Most ideal if ur ward is in KIIT, KIMS or if u r on a short work visit.

A serene stay for family ... quality of cookiNg is lip-smacking. All in the hotel are humble & courteous. Also I see girls being recruited at the restaurant - good to see this gender being promoted. a perfect place for family stay

Hotel is located at prime location near KIIT UNIVERSITY with spacious and clean rooms. A little problem is with the room cleaning service. You have to go on calling them but they will come in their own sweet time. Hotel is supposed to provide one bottle of sealed water every day for which you have to continue requesting them. Complimentary breakfast was good with not too many options.

Loved it. I can consider it as a business travel hotel. But please improve your breakfast standard. I have asked to stay 8 days in every month and weekly twice but they completely denied.
