Affordable and a pleasant stay. Service is too good. The people working are quite professional and helpful.

Hotel staffs are very much uncooperative.Stinky room with awful cigarette smell in the corridor and rooms also . A person has to wait for at least 2 hrs before getting room in name of cleaning and rearranging stuffs.After waiting for 2 hrs , they were providing the room which was stinky , with hair strands on bedsheet and pillow covers.While requesting for changing the rooms ,hotel staffs completely hesitated to listen and spoke rudely "if u like to stay ,stay here or go elsewhere as we don't have any rooms" .All these things happened because I did advance booking by giving full amount and the treebo has the policy of nonrefundability if cancellation being done with in 24 hrs.After calling for several times to treebo customer care , they were telling the same things to me and completely unresponsive to my queries. Don't book any rooms of treebo in advance as both company and it's hotel chain are not completely trustworthy along with their uncooperative hotel and treebo customer care staffs.

Nice stay at king's court hotel. Staff is nice and cooperative. A restaurant is located in the ground floor . Food quality is average. Tandoori chicken was a must try.

Comfortable rooms and well located, courteous service and nothing to complain. Complimentary breakfast as chosen and delivered to room in promised time

I was having the booking for 1 day and I had the confirmation from treebo that if the room is available then they can extend the check out till 1 pm considering I checked in late the previous day I.e 10 pm instead of 11 am. However the hotel people denied even after having the rooms available and I booked for another day. I asked them if they can give me 2 more water bottles (1 being complementary) to which even they charged separately. Coming to cleaning, they had even not cleaned the room and when I asked to clean the linen they just flipped it and said they don't have any other bed sheets. Also there was a weird smell in the entire hotel and room which I highlighted to the person sitting at the reception. To this he said it's all ok to him. The entire corridor had cigarette smell and the hotel was doing nothing about it. This was one of a kind experience.

Very worst service in that locality..for any kind of room service u hv to wait minimum 40-50 minutes and u hv to call reception minimum 3-4 tyms..
