I was confused with some mixed responses on their website but it offered me a pleasant stay of one month. The staff are very friendly, faithful and caring. We never had a single experience or instance of discomfort. Heigene rooms are a plus. Though morning breakfasts have little options, the taste is good. Enjoyed my stay and you also can.

The rooms should be non-smoking because they smell once you check in. Great food for breakfast and lunch. You can visit and come only for food as well by paying Rs. 150 for breakfast. You'll have bread, tea, and other items in offer.
Used room 210 bathroom was too small. House keeping is also not upto the mark. Toiletries provided after being asked. Restaurant services are also very poor. Cutlery used is of very low quality not matching with it's price and name. Overall not happy with the stay.
Premium room is nice but it does not suffice the price. Even in premium rooms they give one water bottle a day, which in any other cheap priced hotels minimum two bottles are given. The rooms are otherwise clean and had a good stay.

One of the best stays...very cozy rooms...the staff is just very humble and cordial...I might miss some names but everyone was just so courteous and soft spoken (rare) Payal, Vivek, Yusuf and other nice people made it very well ....the service is fast and on point...the cafeteria is good too...the breakfast spread is nice!
