Staff is non cooperative. They don't behave properly and are very arrogant. A bottle of water takes 2 hours to reach our rooms. They don't provide toiletries regularly. Breakfast has very few options and even though breakfast timings are from 8-10am, they serve it not before 8:30am. Food is also bad. Worst place to stay in Bistupur. Rather stay in Hotel Darshan where staff are very cooperative and well behaved. If there would be lesser rating than 1 star I would give so.
We have been living here for almost 1.5 months.The staff is not good.They don't listen to anything,regardless of a lot of complaints about wifi still it is not working properly,room service is also not up to the mark.Both Airtel and JIO networks are bad in the first and second floor.
**Very Bad experience** Breakfast spread is very limited. Room service is 1-2 hrs delayed every time. Staff is non-cooperative. Specifically night manager is very rude and makes people uncomfortable. Pathetic service. Have to roam around in lanes to find the hotel. Very small rooms. Not clean and housekeeping is poor. Someone stole around 2000/- from my bag when i was out of the hotel for sometime. If you talk to them about their service and behaviour, they make their own set of rules. Not worth the money, efforts and time at all.
Rooms are good considering the pricing.. watch out for parking if u r driving.. street is too crowded with vehicles parked...
it was a very luxurious stay for 2 days. The gesture and behavior of hotel staffs are very warming. The food is good. Location is quite good. No noise and market is at walking distance. overall I liked it too much. Will recommend others to visit.

This is situated near bistupur area in jamshedpur. It is not on the main road and hence you will have to enter the lanes to find it. The rooms are too small and the facilities are okish. The food is not good at all and even poorer is their service. If you order something it will arrive after 1-2 hrs. They do not even pay attention to any fixation in the room. The breakfast spread is poor and so is the taste. I will not recommend to book your stay here as the rooms are very clumsy.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.
