Treebo Trend Fourth Avenue - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

This is a good place to stay, mine was a short stay and I don't think I need anything better. Have a decent room. It was pretty clean, the bathrooms were neatly maintained. Also they have a canteen area, where the breakfast was served. The breakfast was really great, amazing coffee and fresh hot food. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

There was no hot water available in both the rooms I had booked. There is no manager to complain to. Only a receptionist who knows nothing and one watchman man this place. I waited half a day pleading the guys at the reception for hot water before i decided to leave the this hotel around midnight to find another one. I had booked the room for two nights but I couldn't even stay one. I had paid up in full. I asked Treebo for a refund. They are yet to do it. This is glorified railway waiting room. Avoid this place like the plague.

Total Waste!! This is the worst hotel ever. I came for a family function so booked nearby option. I was with my wife and a 2 year old kid. Rooms are like cabins, washroom smelly, tap water was stinking, no restaurant, no room service tea-coffee, musquitos, power cut, seems like no AC during power cut, if power comes then door bell rings and disturb your sleep, one access key if other person need to go outside during late night then no way to enter again using lift, felt unsafe as well. 3.5k amount for such a bad room, total waste of money. If at all I need to justify the room cost then should be around 1000 Max for such a pathetic room. I got up early and left the hotel without even having breakfast as it was suffocating.

The check-in time of 12 noon is inconvenient for people traveling for business. Early check in is available, but that too is 10AM, didn't suit my requirement. Room was ok had a pungent smell inside. Had to call and ask for everything from toiletries to the TV remote, though the response was good, but these are basic things which need not be asked for. It's proximity to the metro station and my business requirement was the only convenience i got from the stay. Suggestion: Check-in and check-out timing of noon might suit the holiday destinations. Kindly consider some earlier timing for the cities.

Could not locate a sign for Treebo on/near the building which houses a prominent bank on the ground floor. I may have missed it. Did not stay there but dropped off a friend. Rooms looked very small. Bathroom was not in good condition.

Worst Hotel not at all worth the price paid, Rooms are not clean, Bed is not comfortable minor facilities which will be provided by all hotels are not provided. GST invoice is not provided, Receptionist didn't even know asked before generating invoice, even after informing during check in. The Treebo team is also worse, they don't do anything apart from giving General responses like we will consider this feedback and we will look into it

A very nice and clean hotel for stay. There is no restaurant. If delayed, breakfast may be only limited

Best in service, Rooms are neat and clean, Good location. 24 Hrs security guards, Individual ladies can stay without any hesitation. Nice place for working women's and students who staying in Chennai for short visit. Complimentary breakfast is simple and taste like home food. More over it like a PG. Local address proof couples not allowed.
